整體動作 跑步時要做到經濟省力和避免受傷,上身應盡量保持挻直,雙手亦要放鬆並有節奏地擺動,腳部著地時應用腳前掌先著地或整隻腳著地,不要採用後跟先著地再滾動到腳趾的方式,至於步履方面亦要盡量放輕,以減少身體與地面的撞擊力。
